Shelly Zer-Zion was a Research Fellow at the Rosenzweig Center from October 2001 to June 2002 and from October 2002 to June 2003. Her research project was titled "Imprints of German-Jewish Culture in the Hebrew Repertory Theatre, 1918-1945".
